400 ATLANTIC STREET STAMFORD, CT Replacement of three 500-ton Centrifugal chillers. Project included knocking down the chillers at riggers yard, rigging chillers in place in pieces, and re-assembling in place. All work was completed without interruption to the operation of the chiller plant. NORWALK HOSPITAL NORWALK, CT Turn-key construction of new 500-ton absorption chiller plant, including steel work, rigging, electrical, piping, general trades work, roofing, balancing, and installation of new cooling tower. Additionally, we replaced two 500-ton centrifugal chillers, water pumps, and various motors. All of this work was done while maintaining critical cooling, and heating systems. CITY OF NEW HAVEN Part of Honeywell Energy Performance Contract. Project included complete replacement of Police Department central plant, including boilers, chiller, tower, pumps and piping, while keeping critical systems online for Headquarters. Installation of high efficiency heating and cooling systems in fire stations, libraries, and various other locations throughout the city, was performed while maintaining critical systems. WHITE PLAINS YMCA WHITE PLAINS, NY Turn-key retrofit of central steam boiler and chiller plant, including a new natural gas booster, 3 new steam boilers, boiler feed system, fuel oil pump set, chiller, cooling tower, pumps, domestic water system. DANBURY SCHOOLS DANBURY, CT Part of Honeywell Performance Contract. Included new Heating & Ventilating Units, Boiler Replacements, Insulation on Steam Condensate Piping, the Installation of a 75kW Cogeneration Unit, Cooling Retrofit, and Installation of New Efficient Rooftop Heating & Cooling Units.   BRIDGEPORT HARBOR STATION POWER PLANT Performed Mechanical work to install new high pressure (2000 psi) blow-down system.  Project was prefabricated at McKenney Mechanical and all welds were radiograph tested.  Tie-ins, valve relocations, and testing of welds were all completed during a planned 4-day plant outage.
